It has a wonderful view of the mountains and being on the south-side of Palm Springs, it has very little wind.

 

One level condo just steps away from your vehicle.  Located at the back of the complex away from street noise. 
Completely enclosed private patio with a mister system. Washer and dryer are available in the common area.
